I stayed at imperhotel to fatima and was kinda surprised. The friendly staff really helped me find my way to the sanctuary and the room wasnice and neat. The location was just a short walk from the shrine.

Clean accommodation, really helpful staff. Reasonably large rooms with an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV set. The beds were comfortable, and the location was magnificent and absolutely perfect. Location close enough to a big ALDI grocery as well, the sanctuary and The Imperhotel. Also, close to everything...

Great location, the hotel was near a subway station. I enjoyed the city view from the family room. The place had a family atmosphere.
Everything was fantastic.

Decent breakfast hours until 10:30 a.m. create a relaxed start to the day.
No fridge in the room and the window shutter didn't work were real drawbacks. The lack of insulation, with sounds from other rooms and outside crashing through the walls. Issues like no night staff to report noise problems and a dated interior detracted from the experience.

Clean facilities, peaceful area, proximity to sanctuary
The faulty extra bed was uncomfortable for a significant stay!!! Improving the receptionist's demeanor would enhance the welcome experience!!! The awkwardness upon late arrival coupled with a less than pleasant interaction was rather disheartening!!!

It was nice and quiet and not to far from the basilica.
It would have been nice if had been able to order dinner at the hotel.

great stay but could improve breakfast variety
The room matched the pictures perfectly and was impressively clean! The Wi-Fi had the best speed I've experienced during my travels. The convenience of having a supermarket right across the street. The city views were a lovely touch, enriching our overall experience.
There could be better variety in breakfast options.

I stayed in a Double Room with Extra Bed for 3 nights. The room was clean and matched the pictures. The extra bed was faulty, which gave me some back pain. The bathroom was decent and the Wi-Fi was really fast. I loved the easy check-in process and that parking was right outside the hotel.

We were really impressed by standard and cleanliness of the hotel, and the great choice of bread, rolls and pastry for breakfast. And by the staff - the girl at the reception was very nice and helpful, she even ordered in Portugese a pizza for us. We were travelling with small children and were really happy to find clean cots with fresh bedlinen in our rooms. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone going to stay in Fatima.
